Just got a call from this hospital and he asked for my father and where my father is...then I asked why he is asking me this, then he says he needs to know what allergies he has...is this not dumb? Then we phone back and then he tells me I must bring the patient to the hospital lmao...I have a recording of this and the times and I will be sueing this hospital or getting this idiot fired...I have never heard anything more dumber than this

If I could give zero stars, would. The nurses will be right there, if you even need assistance to get out of the bed because you cannot walk or even if you need water they not bother. The security act as they own the hospital. They talk anyway to patients and tell patients when they can go toilet or not. As for person that brings the meals, will park the trolley with the food and say ' get it your self, if you get up get it your self, then starve'. The doctors are also rude to patients. The toilet is always in a filthy state. I was discharged by my partner and put into a private hospital instead. The way that hospital is and the staff, is a disgrace to Mahatma Gandhi's name.

I am currently admitted in this hospital. Some of the nurses are are so helpful but the other side of it is some of the nurses are so rude, and cold towards me. They can't even say or spell my name correctly. It's either they lack common sense or just don't care as they only care about their paycheck. I request the P.R.O to look into it.. Funds need to be invested to renovate certain wards, for example in ward 10 certain parts of the ceiling needs to be cleaned. .

This review is for the nurses of MHGH. Thank you for always treating my grandfather with such care and always having a smile on their faces and helpful to all our questions, especially ward 6. God bless you all. 🏽 To the new Doctors who just started off at MHGH. Please embody the spirit of Ubuntu, you have many years of service to lack empathy for people. A job you chose to help people.
