Clairwood hospital

I took my wife there as scheduled on her maternity card and was told after waiting for 2 hours that they did not attend to patients with her condition after reading the card and told us to go to King Edward hospital without giving us any transfer letter. When we arrived at King Edward hospital, after waiting for a further 2 hours they sent us to Lamontville clinic and said they should have given us a letter . Clairwood should have sent us there in the beginning. This hospital does not even qualify to be called a hospital neither does it even qualify to be a clinic if they have such ignorant employees who do not care about patients.

MY SON WAS ABUSED BY THE SISTER THAT WAS IN CONSULTING ROOM 3 (LABELED NGUBANE ON THE DOOR) ON 25/03/2025 AT 15H00. MY SON HAD A CUT IN BETWEEN HIS TOES, THE SISTER REFUSED TO CLEAN THE WOUND, SHE ROUGH HANDLED MY SON, HIT HIM ON HIS HAND!! MY SON CRIED SO MUCH! SHE SAID THAT WE WERE WASTING HER TIME, IT'S SO LATE, (BUT WE GOT AT THE HOSPITAL BY 9AM). SHE ASKED ME WHY DIDN'T WE GO TO LAMONTVILLE CLINIC, WE MUST COME BACK THE FOLLOWING DAY! HE WAS GIVEN A PANADO ONLY!!

Its clean place as of now my wife shes there but they take care so nice God bless all workers

nobody answers the phone, so many unemployed people out there, hire a receptionist please, it's a hospital after all

They are very kind , helpful but unordered to do your things fast come early but if u are not in a hurry coming at least form 10am , the dental area is only R15 to take out ur teeth and kids under 12 yrs are for free.
