Addington Hospital

My mum is admitted been trying many time but ward does not answer the phones. She was in casualty staff at casualty don't know where she admitted. Phone etiquette at switch board is so bad. Addington needs to improve and take staff for training on phone etiquette. Very unhappy that I'm unable to get hold of the ward to get update of my mother.

I went to the hospital today this started from the emergency side there was an old lady(screening) that said I don't have anything I have to go because I'm wasting their time, luckily there was another lady that helped me. The doctor helped me and was told to come back tomorrow and collect medication, like I'm sick and I needed something for the pain. I'm not happy with their service they on care about money and they don't take people serious it like they own the public hospital

They couldn't care less about anything It's a circus they only care about money. The staff are totally useless if they even know anything about nursing they got No humanity in them. It's about milking the system for every cent. The Saddest part is the poor suffer the Most because of incompetent and Greedy people. Government is in on this. All have their Hands in it. Disgusting

I recently viewed a video on Facebook that highlighted a situation where a woman was denied access to a hospital due to her race. This unfortunate incident occurred when she was attempting to give birth.

I honestly had many experiences at this hospital in the last week and find both the nurses and doctors to be hard working and committed care providers.
